The most confusing part of all is the upgrade cost and upgrade time of the Wizard Tower.

Wizard Tower Upgrade Cost and Upgrade Time in Clash of Clans
All the data about the cost and time of upgrading the Wizard tower is organized in the table given below.

The data given in the table can be interpreted as:
- To build a Wizard Tower, you need 100,000 gold. And, it'll take 1 hour to complete building a level 1 Wizard Tower.
- To upgrade a level 1 Wizard Tower to level 2, you'll require 150,000 gold. The upgrade takes 1 hour 30 minutes to complete.
- Upgrading a level 2 Wizard Tower to level 3 requires 250,000 gold and the upgrade will take 4 hours to complete.
- To upgrade a level 3 Wizard Tower to level 4, you will need 400,000 gold and the upgrade gets completed in 8 hours.
- Upgrading a level 4 Wizard Tower to level 5 requires 550,000 gold, and the upgrade takes 10 hours to complete.
- To upgrade a level 5 Wizard Tower to level 6, you will require 660,000 gold. In 12 hours, the upgrade gets completed.
- To upgrade a level 6 Wizard Tower to level 7, you need 1,000,000 gold. The upgrade will complete in 18 hours.
- Upgrading a level 7 Wizard Tower to level 8 requires 1,100,000 gold and the upgrade takes 20 hours to complete.
- Upgrading a level 8 Wizard Tower to level 9 will require 1,300,000 gold and the upgrade will complete in 1 day.
- To upgrade your Wizard Tower from level 9 to 10, you require 2,000,000 gold and 1 day 6 hours of time.
- Upgrading Wizard Tower from level 10 to 11 requires 2,500,000 gold and 1 day 12 hours time.
- To upgrade a level 11 Wizard Tower to level 12, you need 2,600,000 gold. The upgrade takes 1 day 18 hours to complete.
- Upgrading a level 12 Wizard Tower to level 13 requires 3,000,000 gold and the upgrade gets completed in 2 days.
- To upgrade a level 13 Wizard Tower to level 14, you will need 4,500,000 gold. The upgrade will complete in 3 days.
- Upgrading a level 14 Wizard Tower to level 15 requires 5,500,000 gold and the upgrade takes 4 days to complete.
- To upgrade a level 15 Wizard Tower to level 16, you will require 8,000,000 gold. The upgrade gets completed in 5 days 12 hours.
- To max out your Wizard Tower by upgrading from level 16 to 17, you will require 20,000,000 gold and 14 days 18 hours of time!
