All the data regarding the upgrade cost and time of Earthquake Spell is listed in the table given below.
I've also written the data in text form so that it is easy to read and understand.
Following is the required table:

- To upgrade an Earthquake Spell from level 3 to level 4, you'll need 25,500 dark elixir. The upgrade will take 3 days.
