Laboratory is one of the most important buildings in Clash of Clans.
Currently, there are fifteen levels available for this building.
It is quite common for players to forget about the upgrade cost of Laboratory and their corresponding upgrade time.
To solve that issue, I've come up with this article!

I've done all the math required so that you don't have to!

Laboratory Upgrade Cost and Upgrade Time in Clash of Clans
I've organized the entire data in a table.
Moreover, to make sure that everything is easy to read and understand, I've also written the data in text in an organized manner.
The following table displays the upgrade cost, and upgrade time of Laboratory in the game:

The data in the above table can be interpreted as:
- You'll require 5,000 elixir to build a level 1 Laboratory. It will be built in 1 minute.
- To upgrade a level 1 Laboratory to level 2, you'll need 25,000 elixir. The upgrade gets completed in 30 minutes.
- Upgrading a level 2 Laboratory to level 3 requires 50,000 elixir. And, the upgrade takes 2 hours to complete.
- To upgrade a Laboratory from level 3 to level 4, you'll require 100,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 4 hours to complete.
- Upgrading a Laboratory from level 4 to level 5 will require 200,000 elixir. And, the upgrade gets completed in 8 hours.
- To upgrade a Laboratory from level 5 to level 6, you'll require 400,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 16 hours to complete.
- Upgrading a Laboratory from level 6 to level 7 requires 800,000 elixir. And, the upgrade gets completed in 1 day.
- To upgrade a Laboratory from level 7 to level 8, you'll require 1,300,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 1 day 18 hours to complete.
- Upgrading a Laboratory from level 8 to level 9 requires 2,100,000 elixir. And, the upgrade gets completed in 2 days 18 hours.
- To upgrade a Laboratory from level 9 to level 10, you'll require 3,800,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 4 days to complete.
- Upgrading a Laboratory from level 10 to level 11 requires 5,500,000 elixir. And, the upgrade gets completed in 6 days.
- To upgrade a Laboratory from level 11 to level 12, you'll require 8,100,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 7 days to complete.
- Upgrading a Laboratory from level 12 to level 13 requires 10,800,000 elixir. And, the upgrade gets completed in 8 days.
- To upgrade a Laboratory from level 13 to level 14, you'll require 13,000,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 9 days to complete.
- To max out your Laboratory by upgrading it from level 14 to level 15, you will need 20,000,000 elixir and 16 days of time!
