All the data regarding the upgrade cost and time of Revive Spell is listed in the table given below.
I've also written the data in text form so that it is easy to read and understand.
Following is the required table:

The data in the above table can also be interpreted as:
- To upgrade a Revive Spell from level 1 to level 2, you'll need 18,000,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 10 days.
- Upgrading a level 2 Revive Spell to level 3 requires 20,000,000 elixir. The upgrade gets completed in 14 days.
- To upgrade a Revive Spell from level 3 to level 4, you'll need 22,000,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 16 days.
