Town Hall 15 (also known as, TH15) is a very important stage in Clash of Clans!
You have a wide range of upgrades and new buildings (like the Monolith and Spell Tower!) to setup at the same time!
Quite naturally, it gets very overwhelming for TH15 players.
They often get confused regarding which troop or building or hero to upgrade next!
To solve that problem, I've written this article!
In this article, I've explained the ideal Town Hall 15 upgrade priority order in detail!
If you follow this guide, you will max out your Town Hall 15 super fast and without much hassle!
So, without any further ado, let's get started!
TH15 Upgrade Priority Order
So, as soon as you reach Town Hall 15, here's the upgrade priority order which you should ideally follow to max out your base super fast:
First things first, upgrade your Laboratory, followed by the Hero Hall!
Once the Laboratory is upgraded, start upgrading the troops/spells that you frequently use in your attack strategies!
For instance, if you use dragons the most, then upgrade them first, once the laboratory is upgraded.
Next, upgrade your Pet House to the max level.
At the same time, upgrade all four of your Army Camps, which will increase your total troop housing capacity from 300 to 320!
Next, upgrade your Clan Castle, which will make increase the troop housing space by 5!
Upgrade your Barracks (unlocks Root Rider), and the Dark Barracks (unlocks Furnace).
Then, upgrade your Workshop, which will unlock the Battle Drill!
On the side, keep upgrading your heroes one by one, in the Hero Hall!
That way, you can still participate in Clan Wars using alternate heroes (like the Minion Prince instead of the Barbarian King, which is in the upgrade).
If you ask me, I'd first upgrade the Archer Queen, followed by Grand Warden. Then, Minion Prince, Royal Champion, and Barbarian King!
But, I'd advise you to upgrade the heroes as per your requirements and the attack strategies which you would be using!
Upgrade the Spell Factory, which will unlock the Revive Spell!
Then, upgrade the Blacksmith, primarily to increase the ore storage capacity.
For Hero Equipments, upgrade them as required, depending on the attack strategy you are using.
Now, its the time to upgrade the defenses!
Firstly, upgrade the Eagle Artillery, followed by the Scattershots.
On the side, unlock the Monolith, and Spell Tower, and upgrade them both!
Then, upgrade the Inferno Tower, X-Bows, Air Defense, Wizard Tower, Hidden Tesla, Archer Tower, Cannon, Mortar, and Bomb Tower, in order.
Next, upgrade the resource storages, Elixir storages, Gold storages, and Dark Elixir storages, in the end!
Resource collectors like the Gold Mine, Elixir Collector, and Dark Elixir Collector do not have any upgrade in TH15, so that saves up some good time!

There is no upgrade for Dark Spell Factory in TH15, so that saves us some time and effort!
Then, focus on upgrading the traps in your base.
Whenever you feel like you have excess loot, upgrade the walls in your base!
