Ores are required to upgrade your hero equipments in Clash of Clans.
But, a lot of players often get confused how they can maximize the number of ores which they farm in the game.

In this article, I've explained a variety of methods following which you can get a large number of Shiny, Glowy, and Starry ores systematically every month!
So, without any further ado, let's get started!
Method #1: Climb to a higher league
Climb to a higher league, and that will give you higher number of ores in daily attack star bonus!
So, you must keep participating in the ranked battles, and upgrade your league.
From this method, you will mainly get a lot of Shiny and Glowy ores.
Method #2: Actively participate in Clan Wars (A LOT)
To get more Starry ores, clan wars have got to be the best way.
Participate in wars actively, do you attacks and get the war-win bonus.

Mostly, clans have a general war win rate of 50-60%, and that should give you a decent number of ores (mainly, starry ores, apart from Shiny and Glowy ores, which are easier to get).
A decent standard war clan (with 50-60% win rate) can get you around 150-200 starry ores per month, if you participate in every war.
If you have to choose between whether you will upgrade your heroes or participate in war, then choose the latter, and use Hero Potions instead.
Even losing wars is better than playing no war, if you are collecting starry ores.
You have to stay focused on what you want.
If you want ores for upgrading your hero equipments, you must do clan wars no matter what.
Method #3: Get ores from the Weekly Trader Offers
Make sure to buy the ores (especially the Starry Ore, as its much more rare than the rest) with raid medals.
You can get around 40 starry ores from raid medals, per month.
