Players often struggle to find an attack strategy that can 3-star almost any TH13 base.
To solve that problem, I've written this article!
In this article, I'm going to provide you with the top 3 most powerful Town Hall 13 attack strategies in Clash of Clans.
I've explained every one of the attack strategies in detail.
So, without any further ado, let's get started!
1. The Dragon Invisibility Combo
To use it, you need the following army:
- 15 Dragons
- 9 Invisibility Spells
- 1 Recall Spell
- Siege Barracks (2 Yetis, 1 Valkyrie, 1 Archer in CC)
- 1 Rage Spell in CC
- Minion Prince (Henchmen Puppet & Dark Orb)
- Archer Queen (Healer Puppet & Giant Arrow)
- Grand Warden (Eternal Tome & Rage Gem)
- Royal Champion (Seeking Shield & Electro Boots)
Firstly, you have to carefully do the Royal Champion charge, using the invisibility spells.
The target is to take out the heavy hitters (like the Eagle Artillery, Scattershot, Inferno Tower, X-bows, and the Town Hall).
Use the invisibility spells properly to control the direction of the RC charge, and take out most of the heavy hitters possible.
Once you do so, drop the Recall spell since we will again use the RC near the middle of the attack.
Deploy the Archer Queen, and use the Giant Arrow in such a way that it takes down the Air Sweepers.
The Queen is also going to help in creating a funnel.
Deploy the Siege Barracks behind the Queen, which will also help with the funnel.
You can also deploy 2 Dragons on the sides for funneling, which will help us to push to the core of the base with all the Dragons.
Once the funnel is created, deploy all the Dragons, then Grand Warden, and then the Minion Prince.
The Warden's Rage gem will be of great use, and will allow you to rush into the core easily.
Use the Eternal Tome ability of Warden when most of your troops are inside it, and they are going to take a large damage (for instance, when the Town Hall gets taken down).
Use the Minion Prince's ability when it is locked by the Single inferno tower, or when it goes near stronger defenses like the Town Hall.
Deploy the Royal Champion again via the Recall spell near the backside, in such a way that it is protected by the Dragons.
And, boom, the base gets cleaned in no time!
This strategy can 3-star any Town Hall 13 base, if you execute it perfectly!
2. The Classic Electro Dragon Strategy
To use it, you need the following army:
- 8 Balloons
- 8 Electro Dragons
- 2 Baby Dragons
- 4 Freeze Spells
- 3 Rage Spells
- 1 Poison Spell
- Stoneslammer (1 Balloon, 1 Super Dragon in CC)
- 1 Rage Spell in CC
- Barbarian King (Spiky Ball & Earthquake Boots)
- Archer Queen (Giant Arrow & Healer Puppet)
- Grand Warden (Healing Tome & Eternal Tome)
- Royal Champion (Rocket Spear & Electro Boots)
Firstly, from one side of the base, deploy the Archer Queen, and use its Giant Arrow to destroy the Air Sweepers.
Deploy the Barbarian King near the Queen.
Near them, deploy some balloons (to take in the seeking air mines), all Electro Dragons, followed by the Grand Warden.
Then, deploy the Stoneslammer, around them.
Apply the rage spell to rush into the core of the base.
Use the Freeze Spells as necessary.
If any inferno tower locks into your Queen alone, you can use freeze on it to divert.
If opponent's CC troops come out, apply poison spell, and enjoy the show!
Use the Warden's ability when the electro dragons are about to take a large damage.
Apply Barbarian King's ability when required to rush inside, and make full use of the Spiky Ball!
On the back side of the base containing some remaining defenses, deploy the Royal Champion and use its ability.
Drop the Baby Dragon to clean the remaining buildings.
Use the remaining rage spells accordingly.
This attack strategy uses the core strength of the old classic electro dragons!
This shows that the Electro Dragons are still one of the most powerful troops that can prove a giant threat to well-crafted TH13 bases!
3. The Mass P.E.K.K.A Strategy
To use it, you require the following army:
- 9 P.E.K.K.As
- 2 Super Wall Breakers
- 6 Wizards
- 1 Apprentice Warden
- 2 Headhunters
- 3 Archers
- 8 Earthquake spells
- 2 Freeze spells
- 1 Poison spell
- Siege Barracks (2 Minions, 1 Balloon, 3 Super minions in CC)
- 1 Rage spell in CC
- Barbarian King (Spiky Ball & Earthquake Boots)
- Archer Queen (Invisibility Vial & Healer Puppet)
- Grand Warden (Eternal Tome & Rage Gem)
- Royal Champion (Seeking Shield & Electro Boots)
Use 4 earthquake spells each to break the internal wall junctions.
Our target is to open the inside of the base almost completely, so that our Pekkas can go inside and destroy everything!
The Pekkas are super powerful, they just need the space to get into all the compartments easily and they are going to do the job.
From one side of the base, deploy the Pekkas (and the wizards).
And, setup the Siege Barracks right there.
Some Pekkas will go left and right, cleaning the base.
Majority of the Pekkas should go inside the base.
Deploy the King, Queen, Grand Warden, and the Apprentice Warden.
And, make them go inside the base.
Deploy the Super Wall breakers to break open the immediate nearby walls for the Pekkas' entry.
Deploy the Headhunters if there are opponent's heroes nearby.
If there's a Tesla Farm nearby, deploy the Royal Champion to clean it up (otherwise, just deploy it near the other side of the base, while the pekkas will act as a tank for it).
Use the Rage spell and freeze spells as required.
If the opponent's CC troops come out, drop the Poison spell.
And, with this, the entire base will be cleaned.
This TH13 attack strategy focuses on exploiting the power of P.E.K.K.As to the maximum level!
This strategy can 3-star almost any other Town Hall 13 base!
