In this article, I've listed the EXACT upgrade cost, and upgrade time of Wizard in Clash of Clans.
I did all the required math so that you don't have to!

All the data regarding the upgrade cost and time of Wizard is listed in the table given below.
I've also written the data in text form so that it is easy to read and understand.
Following is the required table:

The data in the above table can also be interpreted as:
- To upgrade a Wizard from level 1 to level 2, you'll need 120,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 4 hours to complete.
- Upgrading a level 2 Wizard to level 3 requires 300,000 elixir, and the upgrade will be completed in 5 hours.
- To upgrade a level 3 Wizard to level 4, you'll require 600,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 12 hours.
- Upgrading a level 4 Wizard to level 5 needs 1,200,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 18 hours.
- To upgrade a level 5 Wizard to level 6, you'll need 2,000,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 1 day 12 hours.
- Upgrading a level 6 Wizard to level 7 requires 2,500,000 elixir, and the upgrade will be completed in 2 days.
- To upgrade a level 7 Wizard to level 8, you'll require 3,100,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 2 days 12 hours.
- Upgrading a level 8 Wizard to level 9 needs 4,000,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 3 days.
- To upgrade a level 9 Wizard to level 10, you'll need 5,500,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 4 days.
- Upgrading a level 10 Wizard to level 11 requires 10,000,000 elixir, and the upgrade will be completed in 6 days 18 hours.
- To upgrade a level 11 Wizard to level 12, you'll need 11,500,000 elixir. The upgrade takes 7 days.
- Finally, upgrading a level 12 Wizard to level 13 requires 21,000,000 elixir. The upgrade will take 14 days.
