Delta Force is one of the most exciting tactical shooter titles to have made a comeback in recent times.

When a player first loads into a match and starts getting a feel for the game, quite a few questions tend to come up.

And one that gets asked pretty regularly is about how much internet data Delta Force actually consumes during a session.

So, how much internet data does Delta Force use?

On average, Delta Force uses around 60-100 MB of internet data per hour, which is very reasonable for a large-scale tactical shooter.

The internet data usage of Delta Force can vary slightly depending on the game mode, the size of the match, and the server conditions at the time. But it generally stays around 80 MB per hour for most players.

In this article, I've answered this question in more detail!

I've also answered another related question that comes to the minds of a lot of Delta Force players!

So, without any further ado, let us dive right into it!

Internet Data Usage of Delta Force

I did some research to find out the actual internet data usage of Delta Force.

I got in touch with a few friends who actively play Delta Force and asked them to keep track of the data the game used on their devices during a session.

I monitored the same thing on my end as well.

All of us played Delta Force for one full hour on our respective devices and then noted down the amount of data the game had consumed during that time.

After going through all the results, I found that the data usage of Delta Force was in the range of 60 MB to 100 MB per hour across the different devices and setups.

However, on the majority of the devices, the game consumed around 80 MB of internet data per hour.

So, we can conclude that the internet data usage of Delta Force is around 80 MB per hour under normal playing conditions.

From this, calculating the weekly and monthly data usage is fairly straightforward!

If you play Delta Force for one hour every day for a week, the total internet data used would be around 560 MB per week.

And if you play for one hour every day throughout an entire month, the total data consumed would come out to around 2.4 GB per month.

Now, you might also want to know how much data Delta Force uses based on how long you play each day.

I've put together a table below to help you figure that out at a glance!

All the calculations are already done, so you just need to find your daily playtime in the table and you're sorted.

Here's the table:

Playtime per day Data usage per day Data usage per week Data usage per month
1 hour 80 MB 560 MB 2.4 GB
2 hours 160 MB 1.12 GB 4.8 GB
3 hours 240 MB 1.68 GB 7.2 GB
4 hours 320 MB 2.24 GB 9.6 GB
5 hours 400 MB 2.8 GB 12 GB
6 hours 480 MB 3.36 GB 14.4 GB
7 hours 560 MB 3.92 GB 16.8 GB

Note: The data usage of Delta Force has been taken as 80 MB per hour in the above table.

Does Delta Force use a LOT of Internet data?

Compared to most large-scale tactical shooters in the same category, Delta Force is actually quite data-friendly at around 80 MB per hour.

In this article, I've answered one of the most commonly asked questions among the Delta Force community: how much internet data does the game actually use.
